Those English muffin breakfast sandwiches are alright, but this just takes it to another level.
Split the croissant in half. Butter the cut side and toast it lightly in a frying pan along side a slice or two of ham.
In a separate pan, fry an egg, breaking up the yolk so it all cooks evenly, no runny bits.
Place the egg on your toasted croissant, topped with slices of cheddar. Add the ham and a few slices of creamy avocado.

I started this blog so my daughters could find all of our family favourite recipes in one place. It has actually grown into more than just the family favourites but also other recipes we've tried out in our kitchen. I don't like to fill up the post with alot of chatter.
